Service Guarantee Measures

※ Perfect service system: there are more than 1600 service stations, 37 parts center warehouses and 45 parts Direct stores, with an average service radius of less than 55 km.

※ First question responsibility system

Service problems are handled, supervised and closed-loop. If the problem is not solved, the service will not stop.

※ On site feedback system

The on-site service personnel shall not leave the site without the consent of the customer service center to prevent the user's complaint caused by incomplete problem handling.

※ 24-hour closed loop system

All service information must be closed-loop within 24 hours and customer return visit must be conducted to ensure the thoroughness of the service.
